@ahmedsameh there are two distinct possibilities. One being a bad jack and the other one a bad driver. I would suggest that for now you focus on the audio driver. Make sure that you download the proper driver for your audio. Next, you want to uninstall your existing driver and then install the proper driver. Since you did not tell us which version OS you use we can't link to the driver page. (I assume it is Windows 10). If a new driver and checking the audio settings in your OS, still does not work, then you have to assume a bad audio jack. To work on your computer use the [document|38948]. With that you can get to the motherboard and you will need to replace the audio jack, which is soldered to the board.
