Yes, those traces are damaged. You can fix this, but it won't be easy. You need to fix the traces by following them and make news ones! This is the only way how to fix it now. There is not a specific guide about this for the controller. But you need to follow the traces and make actually new ones which you can solder to the damaged holes. Afterward you can test with a multimeter by doing a continuity test to see if they make contact.
