@princekuma16972 try a USB keyboard. If that works then there is a possibility that your keyboard has failed. Your keyboard is considered part of the upper case. It is mounted to the case with lots of plastics "rivets" In theory you could gently drill those out and then just replace the keyboard, using small screws to hold the replacement keyboard to the upper case. It is very tedious and you have to be careful drilling. It is easiest to just replace the upper case. Use the [document|39824] to work on your computer
