Reassembling and need to identify 2 small parts that came out

After dismantling I have 2 small parts that must've fallen out. The are connected to screw because they have holes in them but after looking at a lot of exploded views I cannot find out where they go back or what they are. I need a very detailed Verizon parts drawing or exploded view w all parts. Does anyone know where I can get one?
