How to install and run dual HDD with SSD in superdrive bay?

I have a late 2009 27" iMac intel core duo 3.06 and I want to install a SSD in place of the Superdrive. I bought a caddy with external case for the superdrive off ebay like this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/110944048520?ssP...

and a ocz technology Agility 3 SSD 60gb. so can it be done, what else do I need, maybe another SATA cable maybe?
