Skyworks SKY77541 module soldering

Recently my iPhone 4 had a bad fall and suddenly after that reception was gone. (it switches from "Searching" to "No Network" on the top left of the screen.) Initially i thought that this has been caused by humidity so i teared down my device to find out whats wrong. (I was using my phone to work out and the volume buttons and silent switch stopped working too. So i was thinking that sweat got into it. But thats not my priority here.) When i reached the logic board using the iFixit tutorial for iPhone 4 page2 step 16, i noticed that the Skyworks SKY77541 (according to tutorial GSM/GRPS Front End Module) wan not mounted to the board anymore. If am not mistaken and getting all these right this should be the reason that reception on my device was gone...(?) So my question is: Is there a way of mounting this chip back on board and what tools or equipment i need to do so? As i mentioned above the side buttons are damaged too and i was thinking to buy new and replace them too. If its impossible to mount the chip back i don't need to purchase any other parts because my phone will be pretty much useless right? Finally I'm attaching a snapshot of the logic board and SKY77541 to get a better view.

Thanks in advance!

Goet Thiertysix, yes, the displaced IC can most certainly be the reason for your phone not having any reception. The only way to properly repair it, is by performing a reball. You will need a reflow/reball station, and the proper stencil for that chip. This is not something for the usual DIY'er, mainly because of that. Take a look on here and on here for a better explanation. This is a job I'd give to the pros:-) Hope this helps, good luck.

That aussi guy named wites, is a real pro!

Yes, he seems to be. So is hectordtruong....;)

Thing is that the pros here are telling me to replace my phone and its not possible to reball it... :/ Can i find the template to fit in the chip online, whats the name for it. What about the heating up, where do i find the equipment for all these. Im gonna try some other service centres if they can do for me but in the worst case I'm gonna try it my self. I don't wanna pay for a new iPhone my hope was to fix this sell it n get the new 5....

Well, yes it is possible, but practice first. do a quick youtube search, you should find a few interesting home made approaches to perform a reball

Thank you guys. Appreciated a lot. Gonna try the service first in a few hours n if it doesn't work i'll do it myself. I'll keep you posted.
