Unable to restore jailbroken iPhone 3GS

I jail broke my IPhone with Cydia while my IPhone was running on IOS 4.3.3. Last week suddenly my IPhone started hanging and then suddenly it went off and was displaying only apple logo on the screen. I tried restoring it with ios 4.3.3 and latest IOS 6.x using snowbreeze and red snow but it did not restore and displays the error message “Could not restore IPhone” I tried restoring it with ITunes as well but still the same Issue. I am wondering if someone can help me restoring my IPhone. It’s completely dead now and I tunes finds it in recovery mode and always asks me to restore. Could you please suggest what can be done?
