I have dropped my iPhone in water. It is now completely dry and everything works fine except the switch on the side that switches from ringing to vibrating. The phone will still vibrate but when switched to ringing the bell symbol doesn't appear and the phone will not ring. What part do I need to replace to repair it.

Sorry to say that if you want to take care of this right you need to do a real water treatment to it, even though most of your functions have come back they will stop working again with time and your phone will stop working all together, try this, Repairing iPhone Liquid Damage, its a guide for an I 3 but use these methods on your 4, and here is a teardown guide for your 4 S, iPhone 4S Teardown, if you do this I would bet your other problems will be fixed also, good luck, If this Answer is helpful please remember to return and mark it Accepted.
