4s a5 processor removal
does anyone know how to remove the a5 processor? any details or information would be great

nick, the A5 is a BGA IC and it does need a lot of practice and the right equipment to remove it and to subsequently be reballed. you will need the stencil for it etc. Take a look at this video to see how to remove a BGA IC. This is something one needs to practice a lot before one even attempts to do it for a lasting repair.
