Can I put iPhone 5 parts into a 4s?

Hi, i was wondering if i purchase an iPhone 5 camera can i replace the 4s camera and get positive results? are there any other parts? what about the casing?

no the camera's are different. also the casting cant be replaced. the iphone 5 and 4s are to different
