Charge Light Apear when Charging But DSi dont Turn ON

well i was playing dsi and then it auto turned off... then i pressed power button and it wont turned on... i pluged charger cable and the orange light turned on... it seems it was charging normally... then i repressed power button and it wont turn on either... i get 2 pieces for it. the charger connection when we connect the charger into the dsi and i get other(dont remember now), when i replaced it didnt work aswell...

plz can u tell me what is the problem?
