Difference between Chi Mei and Samsung front bezels?

Hi,

What exactly is the difference between the two A1260 front bezel versions (Chi-Mei version and Samsung)?

I have a cracked bezel on my A1260 (with Samsung LTN154BT03 panel) and came across a replacement with which to repair it. The replacement is supposedly from an A1260 with Samsung panel.

The panel fits in the new bezel fine, but seems misaligned - when looking at the front of the laptop, part of the left side of the panel is covered, and too much of the right side of the panel is exposed.

Does this sound like I have the wrong bezel? Could this be the "reverse" Chi-Mei bezel? Do I have the bezel from a different model?
