I have great problems getting the display released from the phone after removing the two pentalope screws.
When the display is broken I can not get a vacuum formed under my suction cup and get the display lifted.
Surely there most be some great tips for solving this. Any suggestions from you guys?

there is a plastic frame around the glass.
i use a dental pick to pry in the plastic and pull the screen up.(start at the bottom) be sure not to touch the aluminum frame. as it will dent very fast. as soon as you pull it high enough you will create a little gap. insert a plastic guitar pick. this can be a little tricky using only 2 hands.
insert a second guitar pick and slide it along the edges..
this is for me the easiest way to remove a broken screen without damaging the oh so fragile ;-) back cover

I put a piece of clear packing tape over my cracked screen to get the suction cup to work. It's really quite tight, the guitar pick is a great idea.
