my parents took my ohone for months and put it in a drawer and then when i got it and turned it on the screen is black and white. you can still call put you cant see the screen

eBay have replacement screens listed and there are other suppliers online - Google is your friend :)
I have not yet been able to locate a guide to opening up your device but I will keep looking

Almost the same thing happened to my Brightside but, I left it on my nightstand one night and went to sleep. When I woke up my phone was all glitchy and frozen !!!! And I called verizon and they're gonna replace it because it was under warranty, you should see if it is and get it replaced.
