doesn't turn on after violent handling on shipping

I shipped my 20" 2009 imac to my girlfriend overseas, the delivery is notorious for violently handling the packages in where she lives, and she witnessed how they handle their packages before, so I feel pretty safe to say its been dropped very hard couple times

The imac doesn't turn on after powered on, there is no sound inside that indicates the components are running(dead silence)

Could anyone pin point or at least narrow down the possible problems in this particular case? so I could maybe ask some of her tech-savvy friends to help her?
