My sister dropped the iPhone 5 from 4th floor (~50 feet). It's front side (screen +body) is completely destroyed. The home button has popped out. Take a look at the pics in the links and please provide guidance. Thank You.

More than likely "Yes" though without seeing it in person it's hard to say if anything other than the obvious would need to be addressed.
At a minimum you would need to replace:
iFixit's display replacement guide should walk you through the majority of the repair
