1 How do I replace the dock connecter?
When I plug the iPod into the Macbook pro some times I have to plug and unplug then plug it in again 3 or 4 times before the computer sees the iPod. I have tried new cable and using a dock. I have also used compressed air to clean out the connection also a glasses cleaner cloth.
After all this it looks like to connection to the logic board must be the problem. I think the connector needs changing.
Has any one done this?
