charging goes on and off, probably loose charging port?

I noticed the last couple weeks that my iphone 5 charging port is acting strange. I just bought another charger that isn't OEM but then again the one I use now isn't either. It doesn't work on my phone but it works on my brothers ipod 5th gen. I also noticed that when I wiggle it around on my phone it goes in and out like you have to hold it a certain way.

Does this mean I have a loose charging port and have to tighten it?
