Why don't I have phone service?

I purchased this jailbroken, unlocked Iphone, about 1 1/2 years ago. I have been using it just fine with T-mobile

IOS 5.01. But just recently I cannot get service

When I made the purchase I had Gevey ultra installed and sometimes when I powered off/on the Gevey screen would pop up and I always push accept until two days ago
