iFixit not only provides parts, but great guides showing how to use them, why don't you describe your problem better, and we can try to help you with that?

iFixit only offers parts. You might try your local Craigslist to see if anyone offers repair services for your iPod. Be advised that it might be expensive, as that model is very hard to open.
