Is the new ac AirPort card compatible with the Early 2013 model?
Hi, I'd like to know if I can buy on your store the AirPort card of the Late 2013 model and put it on my Early 2013 Retina MacBook Pro 15'?

Dean - You've asked this question before.
Sorry to say the answer is still no, that is if you want the throughput.
Many people have now tested this out and the issue is the antenna's your system has won't offer the needed matched set needed for wave form shaping. Your antenna's are designed to support different bands.

I've asked this question for the MacBook Air's Airport card.
Now, MackBook Pros does have an ac AirPort.
And no one has tested for the Late 2013 rMBP model.
Dean - then maybe you can be the first to verify or deny if it will work. Take lots of notes and pictures incase you wish to create a guide.
I can't because I don't have the part...
But iFixit surely does! So I was wondering if they could try...
Dean - You misunderstand how iFixit works you are part of iFixit. This is a volunteer DIY help forum many of the guides are written by people like you and I. You've read the opinions of two who think it's not possible, but you don't accept that, fine, step up and prove us wrong (and be helpful besides).

It's not a simple switch.
If you don't have access to an 802.11ac router & network you won't get a speed increase, unless your isp offers something like 500mbit/s speeds or you transfer or stream files.
