Transfer my digitizer to a new front housing?

I cracked the glass on my screen, and also got the metal chassis around the phone a little banged up, so I'm looking to purchase a new front and rear housing as well as a new glass lens. Because it's purely aesthetic, and my LCD works perfectly, I was wondering how I'd go about transferring it over to a new front housing if possible.
