Replaced a part on my phone now its not working, why?

I replaced the headphone jack, volume and ribbon cable on my phone recently because the secondary mic was not working properly when recording video and so I replaced. Upon putting my phone back together I noticed it wont turn on without it being plugged into the wall charger, when it is plugged into the wall charger it displays Service... and 100% Battery but when I unplug the phone it shuts off immediately. Also I noticed some other bugs when I have it turned on, the flash doesnt work for the camera but the camera does work both front and rear, the audio speaker does not work when playing video or audio.

Can someone help me, my phone is out of warranty so I thought I could replace this myself. Do I need to clean all the connections? Did the oils in my fingers cause issues with the phone that I listed above?

RESOLVED:

Apparently the battery housing screw wasnt tight so it wasnt making a good connection and therefore it would not turn on without being plugged into the wall charger.
