I've tried everything. Can't turn on WiFi it is greyed out.

Let me revise my question. On my I touch 3 generation the WiFi is greyed out. Would like to know if anyone has some suggestions on how to turn WiFi on?

when you say wifi is grayed out are you saying that all the networks are grey or you just not able to even enable wifi?
michelle, is your issues resolved with the help of the answer by LAXN97? I noticed you accepted it but continue to have the same issue....
