Oddly, the water is acceptably cold during the summer months when the temp in the kitchen is about 75. In late fall & winter temp is 70 due to heat running. I find no external thermostat / cold control as in a standard reefer. What gives?

Water is not cold from Water Dispenser. I can not hear the compressor running.

Is there a way I can check to see if the compressor is burnt-out.

I can not get any water to come out the cold water push bitton. When I push the button on the right for cold water no water comes out at all.
