18-pin Power Supply adapter

We are trying to test the Dell XPS One A2420 that seems to have a BAD Power Supply.

The DELL XPS One A2420 has an odd wedge-shaped power supply. The power supply plug to the motherboard has 18-pins. I need an adapter from a standard 20-pin PS to MINI 18-pin.

The Standard 20-pin to the HP MINI 24-pin is similar to the adapter needed ... but will not match.

The alternative to this adapter is to purchase a USED PS for $100 ... totally unacceptable for quoting a possible repair job.
