Touch feature not functioning
The VoiceOver is activated and I can't seem to enter the password to unlock the screen.

You can plug it into itunes and reset the settings and ipod but you will lose stuff and theres no guerentees that you will be able to get it all back but make sure you sync your ipod before you do anything. if the screen wont work after that then you might have to replace the digitalizer.
