Will the PCB work even if it is for the GSM model?

Will the PCB/Interconnection/Audio board work even if it is for the GSM model? I know that it has an extra plug, but would it still work with nothing plugged in there?

It should. judging from the schematics, there is no extra data pins for the extra plug. Its just an amplifier
