Hello,
both the accelerometer/magnetometer and the gyro have stopped working after I replaced my power button flex cable. Does anyone have any idea what might cause this? I ran Data Collector and all entries are 0. Could it be damage to the other flex cables?

You probably damaged components around the display flex cables, there are parts connecting the motion sensors, maybe a high detail picture could solve the mystery.
