Home Button only works when pushing the front panel

The home button on my iphone 5 only works when I push on either side of the home button. So I push to the right of the home button and press the home button and then it works.

Any ideas how to correct this?

Open up the phone and you see these two gold prongs gently lever them up so they sit a tad higher than they are and this will sort your problem out

That did it! I tried to pry them up some before, but i guess it wasnt enough.
