Wifi not working after replacing it

I've don't dozens of ipad repairs and replaced a few wifi antennas along the way. Well this wifi antenna is killing me right now.

The antenna looks like its fine. I've done a few hard resets with no luck. The little metal plate behind the wifi antenna that keeps the 2 smallest screw strait, seems to be peeling just slightly off on 1 end. I don't think thats the issue.

Any tips please!? This is a friends ipad and I need it fixed ASAP. Don't have another wifi back up and I'm trying to find one locally.

Uggghhh. Help
