Content Transfer from Seagate Cheetah SCSI Drive to Serial ATA Drive?

I have a Seagate Cheetah 18GB Ultra 2 SCSI Drive. I saved an internal undamaged SCSI drive from a defunct computer. I wish to transfer the (uncritical) contents to a formatted Seagate Barracuda Serial ATA Drive.

I am unaware of any direct connection solutions. However, I have a working SCSI board, cables and power connectors which would allow transfering data to a PC then to my external ATA drive.

Does anyone know where in Los Angeles I could have this done inexpensively??

If you have a computer geek buddy, get them to install your SCSI board and grab your external drive and transfer away. This is a pretty basic job - with both drives connected to the PC you can transfer drive-to- drive.....so save your money and get one of your friends or their geek buddies to tackle it. Offer them a six pack or bottle of wine for their troubles. After all - it sounds like you have everything you need. Sorry I don't live in LA.

Appreciate your suggestions. I'll offer a six pack or bottle of wine AND the SCSI board + drive to keep. I'll be in San Francisco, Oakland (Bay area) shortly with hopes for a response.
