LCD screen not lighting up after repairs?

My friend spilled wine on keyboard and now the laptop does not light up. I cleaned computer and keyboard. Then discovered the charging board did not work. I replaced it , now computer charges. I replaced the LVDS cable, but still does not lite up. you can see the words on the lcd screen if you look closely. Should I replace LCD or logic board? The LVDS cable where it connects to logic board looked as if it has dark blemishes and a small nic on cable connector. Any suggestions?

So, I replaced LCD screen, still doing the same thing. can use computer if you shine a flashlight on screen. think it is the logic board?? Anyone??
