Only turns on if LCD is disconnected

Hi folks,

I'm trying to repair an iPad 3.

According to the customer, the LCD begun acting strangely when closing the cover (it didn't turn on sometimes) until one day it just didn't turn on.

At this time, when I connect the ipad to an external power supply, it boots only if the LCD is not plugged in.

I guess it could be something in the board.. but what?

The iPad is being recognized by iTunes.

I have used other LCD, it stills doesnt boot..

Have you tryed another lcd? That lcd could have a short in it somewhere
