How can I fix my laptop?

My laptop doesn't seem to be working when I turn it on it loads a screen saying

Recovery

The application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors.

File \Windows\system32\winload.efi

Error code: 0xc000000f

You'll need to use the recovery tools on your installation media. If you don't have any installation media(like a disk or USB device), contact your administrator or PC manufacturer.

(I don't have a disk or USB device)

Ryan , this error indicates that your boot code on your system partition is OK and BIOS ly runs it, but after that it cannot access the volume that is pointed by boot code where the EFI file is located. Take a close look at this forum. Check the answer from the_spacekadet and see if it will work for you. Hope this helps, good luck.

Download that file from the internet then restart your system. and if this will not work go with online technical support.
