My Motorola v3m won't turn on.

I have 2 identical phones --- I use one to charge battery, and one "to go". Batteries are new. Recently one of them simply would not turn on even with a newly charged batttery.

i had the same problem and i talked to motorola and they said that the phone is destroyed and that i have to replace the whole phone.
