Why won't it turn on after screen replacement?

I just made a screen replacement on an RAZR and it looks like it won't turn on. I made the repair following the guide. When I plug the charger, a white led turns on. I tried to hard reset it and nothing happens. What could it be?

I've double checked it and it's connected. When I try to reset it. The logo comes up but instead of start up it just goes black and nothing work.

Have you checked the connections of the three display cables?

Today another RAZR came in with a similar problem and the battery flexible was ripped. So it might have something todo with it too.
