iPhone 4S stuck on iTunes logo

I have an Iphone 4S stuck on iTunes logo. When I connect it to the computer, iTunes detects it as an iPhone in recovery mode but when I try to restore it, iTunes returns a 2003 error message.

I have read that this error is related to USB cable or/and USB port problems but I have tried with 3 different cables and with all the USB ports in the computer and the 2003 error is always there.

Do you know any solution to this?

Do you think it could be a battery problem?

Hey Sergio,

If you are using a mac disconnect third-party devices, hubs, spare cables, displays, reset the SMC, and then try to restore.

If you are using a Windows unplug all USB devices and spare cables other than your keyboard, mouse, and the device, restart the computer, and try to restore.

I don't know if there was a problem with the USBs, now I am using another computer, a macbook, and I get error 1.

Hardware error?

In my case, I think it is related to a hardware problem. I will open the phone to check it but it seems to be difficult to solve. It could be the logic board :-(
