I recently bought an iPhone that has a cracked screen and the screen doesn't turn on.
When I charge it and turn the phone on, the phone gets warm but the screen stays black. Would replacing the screen fix my problem?

Start by replacing the display. The noise is an indicator that you are having display issues.

Plug into laptop and open iTunes does iTunes reconise it..
Leave it for 30 minutes as the battery could be dead and iTunes will only reconise it when it boots to main screen

it tells me to hit the trust this computer thing on the iphone but i can't hit it because its all black.
Also, when i plug it in to charge, it makes the charging noise once every 5 seconds
That's a good sign the bonging is just telling you that the display is bad so replace with a new screen and you will be fine

i have had the same issue.. i fixed it by replacing the LCD.. disconnecting the battery for 5 mins.. and then turn it on with the good LCD..

No need to disconnect the battery for 5 minutes a simple disconnect and just reconnect will do the same job
