Why can't My computer recognize my sound card?
Is it a failure of plug n' play? What does the computer read for a device I.D. Can it be repaired?

Check the status of your sound card in Device Manager to see whether the driver was well installed or not. This can be easily fixed by re-install the sound card driver.

i think it can be fixed by uninstalling sound driver and installing a new driver . and make sure that u have selected right sound driver . also check your device manager and sound manager
