Powers up/rings(w/ringtones) accepts text/ no keys work?

BB Curve appears to be a 'frozen', but not helped by the other solutions because none of the keys work - even though it powers up, rings,w/ringtones, accepts texts, correct time on clock- but I can't use a key to answer, turn 'off' or no 'on'.

I was able to back up to my PC, and card works in another phone.

Please, anyone know where I can send it for repairs? Or find another Curve - I'm too old to change and not too good at opening it up & repairing it.
