Help with MacBook air logic board after water damage

Hi,

i took this logic board out of the Macbook air A1370 late 2010 11'', it had a little bit of liquid ingress, mostly on the magsafe side

I did my diagnosis and found out that the logic board is the part that needs replacing, since its very expensive, i want to fix it my self, i know how to solder and have the equipment too.

i plugged in the charger and the orange light shows, when i press the power button, the magsafe light turns green

no chime, no beeps, fan doesn't come on.

i cleaned the logic board with 99.9% isopropyl alcohol, still doesn't turn on.

any ideas?

i also reflowed the logic board, no luck

Have you checked your power fuses F6905 and F7040 to see if they a. have continuity and b. that you have power to the board? Water damage is the hardest to diagnose and to repair since any part may have failed.

F6905 and F7040 both have continuity , board is also getting power , I put the screw driver to one of the capacitors and it sparked

Any other ideas?
