Water Damaged iPhone 4S.

First off, I have an Iphone 4s that is not working due it being dropped into a swimming pool. The water sensitive indicator has turned red and I suspect that water has entered deep inside. it was over a month ago, but then recently I have decided to try and see all the methods around the web except the rice method..

What I have done is, I took apart the logic board, and gave it a good bath in Methylated Spirit, which contains 95% alcohol until the solution has dried off completely, as I'm unable to find Isopropyl Alcohol at my local pharmacy.

I have then took the logic board and placed it in a new Iphone 4S. and connected to the pc to try to salvage my data with those 3rd part software such as Dr.Fone from wondershare, Leawo, and Coolmmuster but none work, although Dr.fone was able to detect my Iphone, but says that it is not in normal mode, and asked me to hold Power and Home button.. but it does not work.. Also, before I forget to mention, the phone does not boot up even when I placed the logicboard it in the new Iphone 4S.The only thing that happens is the top part covered in EMI shield,will heat up when connected to pc.

Regarding also, when I connect to ITunes, it prompted me to restore and update my Iphone as it detects it in the recovery mode or so, but when after it says "preparing Iphone for restore", an error of 4104 came out.

My priority here is to salvage the photos inside..
