How to fix ipad 3 that become sometimes pixelated?

I just bought an ipad 3 off Ebay. It have pixelated display. It is not a fake display since, sometime after using the ipad for some while the display turns normal.

What do you guys suggest. Do you think it is bad cable problem, connector or bad GPU. And if it turns out to be GPU how do I reflow it. Thank you.
