no backlit but boot through external cable
i have apple macbook air . which boot through external cable. which serial no : C02DX06CDDR1 . ALSO KEYBOARD BACKLITE PROBLE

there could be Three problem in your laptop
first the backlight lamp or LED must have failed
Second the lamp or LED inverter circuit must have failed
Third the power supply to inverter circuit is not present there
need to diagnose this fault slowly with patience

can it be replaced, my screen works but even on 100% is nt bright enough, actually whether on 1 or 100% it is the same, I can see the screen if \i put it in the sun, do i have to replace all the screen?
What happened? Did it suddenly stop working? Can you still see the screen turning on, without the backlight?
