MY SCREEEEEN! Not the glass, but the insides are making weird colors

Okay. Let's start with the cause of the problem. I am at my Gram's place doing work on her porch for money. (Because my life is in shambles) ...And so I'm pulling rusty nails out of the boards, and ones stuck. I pull on it with on me might (using a hammer) and it came through-- Fast. blahblahblah the hammer tapped my phone screen.

So now, where it hit, theres a purple box-shaped are of screwed screen and the lighting is like fluctuating. like ..... at this moment im starting not to see the right side altogther. NO CRACKS THOUGH. So I dont know how to identify the problem (sorry if this is answered, but I dont know the problem myself..... HELP)

WHAT DO I DO TO FIX THIIIIIS, thats also not expensive, or even if I can fix this without paying for anything? Im sort of poor- explains why I have a two year old SG3 ;;-;;

Note: The touch screen literally still works. its the display. OH and when I put pressure (not that much, but enough) near and around the area my hammer went hangtime on, the screen freaks out. (pretty sure thats what started the leaky-like discoloration and the lighting to go haywire like a dopamine induced squirrel who ate a fermented pumpkin..)
