Erase BIOS password from a single board computer

I have a 486 motherboard model is ASEM CPU 701/N which is password protected on the BIOS/ CMOS which is password protected what can i do to erase the password.

Please can anyone guide me.

Hi aloma. I could be wrong here, but to my knowledge BIOS passwords are erased when you remove the CMOS battery. Try removing the CMOS battery and see if that helps.
