Where do I get the inside LED light for cheap?

My IPhone 5c is water damaged. I recently gotten the phone given to me and it was water damaged when I got it cause I thought it would be fixable. I went to a guy the fixes them and he said it'll cost about $200 to fix it, because it's risky. I can't send it in because it'll cost more than he's offering, but that's a little too pricey for me. I can't find anywhere online on where to get the inside LED light for the screen, because it's what brings up the picture on the phone. I recently bought a battery thinking that, that was the problem and he explained that it wasn't the cause.
