Why isn't my touch screen working?

The digitizer works when i hold volume &pwr button at same time...do i still have to replace digitizer? forgot my screenlock pin code...can anyone help? How do i do a "softkey reset"& will this unlock my phone....LG MOTION MS770

I dropped my phone and now the screen is unresponsive. Only the power button and the up down volume buttons are of any use. — David Gibbs

옵션

Try restarting your phone by holding down the power button until it shuts off and then turning it back on. If that doesn't work, replace the phone's digitizer.
