360 Kinect stand broken. Help?

Hi,

My kinect stand broke off from the stand today. The cords are still connected but its in 2 pieces. Just want to ask if there is a method to fix it. I can see that the only problem is the broken swivel joint. Is there a way this joint can fixed and replaced?
